is an annual conference
targeting sophisticated individuals and major criminal groups and organizations
involved in vehicle theft, chop shop activities, and vehicle theft related
crimes. The focus of this week long course is to understand the structure,
behavior, and methods of operation by those individuals and organizations,
including their crimes, and to provide the investigative tools needed for
success and safety when investigating these types of cases
This
conference is held annually in San Diego, CA. and is attended by many local,
state and federal law enforcement agency auto theft units and task forces from
throughout the United States and Canada.
This is
the first (Est. in 2003) and ONLY Organized Crime course with focus on
sophisticated vehicle theft groups involved in chop shops, related vehicle theft
crimes, and investigative tools and topics necessary during these types of
investigations.
HOTEL INFORMATION
The 7th Annual training site will be held at The
Horton Grand Hotel in San Diego, CA. Sept. 20th
- 24th
(Monday- Friday).
